Free Shipping & Rate Notice

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your package. Heavier or bulkier items may incur higher shipping costs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you in case of any significant delays.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you.
