Toy Bento Return & Exchange Policy

At Toy Bento, we take great care to ensure every product is authentic, carefully packed, and inspected before it reaches you. Because many of our items are limited-edition collectibles and specialty products, all sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at toybentoteam@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist quickly.

Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items purchased in-store or online that are not defective/damaged

  • Items opened, unsealed, or removed from original packaging

  • Change of mind or duplicate purchases
